Police are investigating the discovery of a body in an area near Eisenhower National Airport.
A passerby found human remains in a field around 6:30 Saturday evening in the 1400 block of South Hoover Road. Police and investigators searched the area for any additional evidence.
Police are working to identify the remains and the circumstances surrounding the death. The remains have been submitted to forensic examiners for further testing.
