Help Build The Operation Freedom Memorial

ALL GAVE SOME......SOME GAVE ALL

Help build a new memorial to the men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice during the war on Terror.

The new Operation Freedom Memorial is only $50,000 away from completion. Already, $175,000 has been raised but $50,000 more is needed before city officials will allow construction of the Operation Freedom Memorial to begin in Wichita's Veterans memorial Park.

The memorial will honor 90 Kansas servicemembers who were killed serving in Operation Desert Storm, the attacks of September 11th, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and other terrorist attacks since September 11, 2001.

Help us raise the final $50,000 by reserving a Service Stone today that will be placed around the Memorial!   These service stones will recognize the service of any veteran or active duty military from any period in country's history.   The service stones will pave the area around the Operation Freedom Memorial.

You can reserve a Service Stone for a donation of $100 or more.  Only 700 stones will be placed and approximately 500 are available now.

This is a wonderful way to honor your son or daughter, husband or wife, father or mother, co-workers and friends. Reserve a service stone and honor the service of someone in your family tree who served long ago.
