I absolutely love this CD and I go through phases where I can't quit listening to it. I'm in that phase again. It's been in my car CD player for a couple weeks now and I listen non-stop when I'm in my car.
I remember the first time I met Randy Houser - and I have been a fan of his ever since that day. He's one of those people I've been rooting for for a long time and I'm SO happy that he is finally getting the recognition he deserves.
I realized this CD had to be on my list when I was discussing the countdown with my boss and he said "I know one that will make your list...Joe Nichols." when I asked why he said it was because I listened to it all the time in my office. And I did!
You'd think I have a whole year to figure out the order of my Top 10 list but every year I change my mind up to the last minute. This year was TOUGH! I had to leave off some CDs I really did love and I changed my mind on my #10 CD literally minutes before I announced it. (Sorry Thomas Rhett!)

I thought it would be nice to have a list of Christmas Light Displays so you can make sure you see all the best that Wichita AND the surrounding area has to offer! Here's what you shared with me so far. Email me more of your favorites and I will keep this list updated (firstname.lastname@example.org)!
For some reason, I got to thinking about the people who actually brave the stores and go out shopping on Black Friday. I've only done it once and that was with a limo full of listeners but it was INSANE! So I went to my facebook page and told people I wanted to write a blog and to share their tips with me.
Well, I'm here at the Music City Convention Center getting ready to start the interviews. It's going to be a BUSY day. AND I just ran into Lorianne Crook (of Crook and Chase) AND JoDee Messina in the ladies room. We chatted at the sink as we washed our hands. Lorianne was wearing thigh-high boots. Who would have thought???
