Friday night was like my own Magic Mike Night!!!!!!
I was asked to judge the Kansas Firefighters Calendar competition. I know; work, work, work. After much deliberation with myself (approximately one second) I agreed to do it. That said, I want to start off by saying I really, REALLY appreciate the men and women who risk their lives to save others. And firefighting is one tough job. So thank you to all the firefighters.
Now...on to Friday. I actually judged next to Stephanie Bergman of KSN. I have met her before but never really got to hang out much with her and she is a great person! I really enjoyed watching incredibly attractive firefighters with her. It wasn't all men though - there were three women competing too. And I have a lot of respect for women who do a job like that.
Now...on to what you REALLY want. PICTURES!!!!!!!!!!!

My view the other direction looking down the judges table. Of course, I was not looking at the firefighter without a shirt on. Not the intention of the picture at all.

It was a fun event and they are raising money for a couple great causes between this event and the calendar sales - Coats for Kids and the Kansas Firefighters Museum. I'll let you know when they do it next year so all you girls can join me! And of course I'll let you know when the calendar comes out!
