I thought it would be nice to have a list of Christmas Light Displays so you can make sure you see all the best that Wichita AND the surrounding area has to offer! Here's what you shared with me so far. Email me more of your favorites and I will keep this list updated (email@example.com)!
Botanica Illuminations - Click here for more information. I've heard it's beautiful but I have never been. (shame on ME!)
Gander Mountain - Janet Ward said "The Pizzio Water and Light show across from Gander Mountain is AWESOME. Bundle up and take a lawn chair. Last year my son and I stood there for over an hour in total amazement."
Heartspring's Lights On The Lake - between Rock and Webb off 29th Street North. Enjoy thousands of holiday lights on the 37-acre Heartspring campus. Friday, Saturday and Sunday enjoy complimentary cookies, hot chocolate and get a picture with Santa! Donations are encouraged! See more here.
Lights On St. Paul - enter at Douglas and St. Paul (four blocks west of Meridian). LOTS of people suggested this one! Over one MILLION lights and hundreds of displays. It's a benefit for the Arc of Sedgwick county helping children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. See their website here.
College Hill area - no matter what the holiday you will always find some great lights in this area!
100 Block of N. Pershing - submitted by ME! Dellrose it a block west of Oliver and it's a great and super cool neighborhood lighting display.
3805 Longview - S. of Kellogg between Hillside and Oliver. Liz Bird said they have more than 30,000 lights synched to music - for a 12-minute light show!
Central and Stratford - between Woodlawn and Road Road on Central. Christine Moore said you turn north on Stratford - it's lights with music.
LIghts on Lawrence Court - 1122 Lawrence Ct, south of 13th between Woodlawn and Rock. This house has a half million dollars in lights and decorations! Complete with a synchonized Christmas Light Show. Here is a lnk from KSN - check it out here. Donations are accepted and benefit the Children's Miracle Network.
West Parkway (Just off Central close to Webb) Ashley Romeriem said "The Christmas House - it's a family tradition to drive through there every year"
Friends University - drive around the campus for some great lights.
727 Golden Hills - North of Central between Maize and 119th West. Becky Stoddard said "the house has ights set to music, tune your radio to 105.7 to enjoy the holiday cheer!"
1426 N. Coolidge - another great display set to music! Check out there link here. Sharon Morfitt said "On Collidge a block and a half north of 13th! Awesome display!!!"
1800 block of S. Glenn - The North Pole.
Candy Cane Lane - 119th and Central. Looks super cool. Check out their facebook page here.
Lights on Barrington - 7507 W. Barrington (s. of 21st between Ridge and Tyler) They have a facebook page too...click here to see it.
Lights on David Street - 409 N. David. Holiday music and lights show through Dec. 26. Free! You can get more information on it here.
6410 Northwind - Aron said the lights are set to music and they even "threw in a little Clark Griswold"!
914 N. Crestline - Christmas on Crestline - Patty Ford said "More things are added daily. It's amazing! Our home radio station is 100.7 for you to hear the music that goes with the lights and adding more songs daily. Enjoy! Merry Christmas!"
Lights on Sycamore - 4620 S. Sycamore, Sunday-Thursday from 6-10-p and until 11:00 on Friday and Saturday. They said "this is a small computerized animated light show we have created just for fun. Did a little updating but not much this year. Hope you all enjoy it!". See their facebook page here.
10813 SW Tawakoni Road - This sounds like it's worth the drive to Augusta. Crystal Socha said "We have everything from a fire-breathing sea monster, an elf shooting ornaments onto a Christmas tree using a candy cane cannon, Santa's workshop with various toys surrounding it, a 25-foor lighted tree with multiple smaller trees. And of course, a flying Santa and reindeer. Not to mention, numerous horses, trains and snowmen."
12601 W. 71st S. in Clearwater. Jeff Zogleman said it's a half mile east of the insection of 71st S. and 135th.
BrookForest and neighborhood streets - Brenda Ferguson says they "always have spectacular lights and sights!"

Lights on College Lane - Maygen Burnett said "They have Santa come and visit a lot to see the kids!" You can check out there facebook page for information here.
6th and Oliver (in the Prairie Creek subdivision) Penny said "head east on 6th Street, turn right on Prairie Creek and go down a lfew long blocks to Cheyenne, turn right and you can't miss it. They have their front and back yard decked out."
Lights at Lemon Park; Cheryl Pike said "the lights at Lemon Park are the bets I have ever seen. Thousands of lights and free!"
Fulton Valley Farms Country Christmas - a MILLION lights, a live nativity and more! Sounds like it would be worth the drive. Check out their website here.
Jennifer Bates said "go north on Meridian to Goff Street, turn left and follow the curves to the candy canes...two streets of fun lights"!
Isle of Lights, 1409 Main in Winfield - several people said this was really cool. Admission is free but donations are gladly accepted. You can check out their website here.
