What do you think of the Florida mom's punishment of her 15-year old son for getting bad grades in school?
He has to stand on a street corner every day until he gets his 1.222 GPA up to passing.
I am not sure humiliating a child is going to get them to do better in school. I wonder if rewards wouldn't have more effect.
We used to pay our kids for good grades, and they had to pay us for bad grades.
