A 7-year-old boy has gotten kicked out of school for eatng a Pop-Tart pastry into the shape of a gun. It happened last week when Josh Welch of Baltimore was eating his breakfast at Park Elementary School. The second grader said he was attempting to eat the Pop-Tart into the shape of a mountain. He didn't quite get it right, and it turned out to be a kind of gun shape. His teacher said she heard him say "bang bang." So for that, he was immediately sent home and suspended for two days. Oh, and his Pop-Tart was confiscated too. Do you think this looks like a gun and are you afraid of it?
