What Would Happen If Your Kid Held A Garage Sale?

  • Print

If you put your child in charge of your garage sale, how do you think it would go?  Would they price things too high......or too low?

These are the little rascals charging $2.00 for a small dixie cup full of luke warm lemonade on the corner in our subdivision, so I am thinking they'd probably go more on the high end.

With that being said, how about you test the waters of your child's future entrepeneur strategies by signing them up for the first ever KIDS ONLY Garage Sale Saturday June 8, 9 am to 12 pm, at the Bel Aire Recreation Center, in Bel Aire.

Kids can sell, shop and trade their toys, games, books, sporting equipment and anything else you might let them get away with selling, except no clothes, household items or food is allowed.

It's free for kids to get involved and they keep 100% of their profits.  Just note that an adult has to be present at each child's booth for the duration.

And, just cuz I know you are thinking it.....No, you don't have to be a kid to shop.  Shoppers of all ages are welcome and admission is free.

Get your kid signed up and print out the release form at www.trendytotsresaleshop.com under the
KIDS ONLY Garage Sale tab.
