Shania Twain married Frédéric Thiébaud in Puerto Rico on New Year's Day, according to People magazine.
"They were married at sunset in Rincon, Puerto Rico, in front of 40 of their closest family and friends," a rep for the country superstar confirms.
The couple kept their engagement a secret until it was officially announced in December.
They became romantically involved in 2009, after Shania's ex-husband and Theibaud's ex-wife allegedly had an affair.
The wedding may be part of Shania's upcoming reality tv series on Oprah Winfrey's new network, OWN. Why Not? With Shania Twain is described as a show where Shania will be opening up about her “life-altering heartbreak” (the very public end of her 14-year marriage) and how she’s moving on.
