Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal have split according to People Magazine. The website www.people.com is reporting the breakup with a quote from "a source" who says "They're over," and that it ended in December. Ouch. That would make two December breakups for the country star if the story ends up being true.  No reason was given for a split, and the stars reps didn't have immediate comment, but the two spent the holidays apart.  Swift, 21, rang in 2011 in Nashville, solo, at a party, while Gyllenhaal, 30, was in New York. After spending Thanksgiving weekend together, the two were last seen publicly together on Dec. 9 in Los Angeles.

Congratulations to the new Mrs. Kyle Jacobs, Kellie Pickler! The country star married songwriter Kyle Jacobs on New Year's Day on a private island in the Caribbean. Kyle popped the question June 15, the birthday of Kellie's deceased grandmother, making what would have been a sad day into one of the happiest days of the singer's life. "I remember saying to Kyle, 'Baby it's like I'm dreaming -- but if this isn't real, I'm going to be very upset!'" Kellie told People magazine. Kellie's new hubby shares co-writing credits on Garth Brooks' 'More Than a Memory,' Tim McGraw's 'Still' and has album cuts by Trace Adkins, Jo Dee Messina, Clay Walker and, of course, Kellie.

E! News is reporting that Leann Rimes treated herself to breast enhancement surgery just before Christmas.  According to E! News the newly engaged Leann used the same plastic surgeon as fiance Eddie Cibrian’s ex-wife Brandi Glanville and even asked for the same cup size!

In other LeAnn, Eddie and Brandi news….. LeAnn and Eddie were apparently denied entry into a private Cabo San Lucas resort party held over the weekend. Via EOnline.com:

E! News has learned Leann was barred from the guest list for a birthday bash hosted in the same resort where the couple was staying.  The party was attended by George Clooney, Leo DiCaprio and Kid Rock.  E! News reports that Leann was denied entry because the party was being thrown in honor of a man who is an ex-boyfriend of Cibrian’s ex, Brandi Glanville. A source tells E! News. “They tried to get on the list, but he said no because of his allegiance to Eddie’s ex-wife.”

Tim McGraw's latest movie, Country Strong, only hits theatres this Friday but already the country singer turned actor is looking forward to his next movie roll.  Tim says he had been typecast as the dutiful husband in Country Strong and The Blind Side.  So, for his next roll he changed pace.  Tim says he is looking forward to playing "the bad guy" opposite Denzel Washington in the CIA action film Safe House.  Tim admits, "I'm looking forward to killing someone.  I love the dramatic, heavy, darker stuff; that's what I do best as an actor.

Toby Keith didn't have an all night paid gig on new year's eve, so he created his own. Toby showed up to play at his ILTB&G in Mesa but when that was over, he made his way over to another bar in a resort and surprised the band on stage, Radio Junction.  And by the looks of these videos no fun was spared.  A great New Year's Eve for some happy fans in AZ.
