You can get a free song from Keith Urban‘s album Get Closer on iTunes this week. Keith is giving away one of his favorite tracks from the album, "Georgia Woods," as the iTunes’ free download of the week. Keith wrote the song on his prized guitar that was previously owned by Waylon Jennings. "I wanted to use the guitar on some writing sessions and the riff that starts ‘Georgia Woods’ came straight out of that guitar," he explains. "It’s like playing a holy grail."

The Songwriters Hall of Fame announced this morning they will be inducting Garth Brooks along with four other songwriters into the Hall of Fame on June 16th. The announcement was made by the group’s chairman, Jimmy Webb who says the songwriters have "forever enriched our world’s music." Leon Russell, Allen Toussaint, John Bettis and the team of Billy Steinberg and Tom Kelly were also named as inductees.

Rascal Flatts continue to nurse a serious case of Bieber Fever! The trio filmed the video for the duet, 'That Should Be Me,' with teen sensation Justin Bieber in Los Angeles on Monday. They even tweeted photos from the shoot (see above), with Justin calling the video "epic." TMZ.com even caught Flatts' lead singer Gary LeVox giving the young pop star a hair cut. Don't fret, girls; while his slightly longer locks were snipped by Gary, most of the job was done by Justin's regular stylist. The shorn locks will be donated to charity.

The Bellamy Brothers are one step closer to facing off with Britney Spears in court. The legendary pop-country duo threatened legal action last month against the pop star, claiming her new single, 'Hold It Against Me,' is too similar to their classic tune, 'If I Said You Had a Beautiful Body Would You Hold It Against Me.' Now, the Bellamys are in talks with lawyers to bring their threats to fruition. "Even though David and Howard are some of the nicest and most down to earth guys you will ever meet, they are also smart and experienced businessmen," the Bellamy Brothers' attorney, Christopher E. Schmidt, says in a statement. "So naturally, David asked me for my legal opinion of whether or not the Britney Spears recent single, 'Hold It Against Me,' infringed on the copyright of their song, 'If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body Would You Hold It Against Me,' that David wrote in 1979."

If you have seen the video for Brad Paisley's 'Welcome to the Future,' you might remember the three different Corvettes featured in the clip. Knowing what a big fan of the car he was, Chevrolet invited the singer to take part in a Corvette Dream Giveaway contest in which one winner would drive away with not one, but two Corvettes, one of of which is a one-of-a-kind Brad Paisley Hero Edition Corvette ZR1, painted ermine white with red stripes. The other is a restored 1967 Corvette Stingray convertible. Both cars were presented to Brian Landgren of Washington over the weekend, with all proceeds going to the Kids Wish Network's Hero program, of which Brad has been involved with since 2001.

Blake SheltonBlake Shelton's 'Who Are You When I'm Not Looking' has climbed to the top of the country charts this week. Blake says it's one of his favorite songs he's ever recorded, "The first time I ever heard it, I thought, 'Man! I love that song so much.....it just sounds magical to me.' Joe Nichol's recorded the song first for his 2007 album, 'Real Things,' and while he is very happy for his pal Blake, he does regret his version wasn't released as a single. "'Who Are You' is one of the mistakes you make along the way; the woulda, coulda, shoulda that has happened, and you just wished things would've been different," Joe told The Boot. "When we cut [it], I begged everybody who would listen, I begged for that to be a single."
