Blake Shelton has been picked by NBC as the final musical coach on their new talent competition show called "The Voice," series premiering on Tuesday, April 26. Blake will join fellow coaches Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine. In a statement, NBC called Blake one of their "dream team" of coaches, "We couldn't have a panel that represented the hottest American music without a strong country presence, and Blake is at the top of his game right now." Blake says he is going to have a blast and is excited to be part of a show that recognizes true vocal talent." Casting is closed for this first season of The Voice, but producers are still leaving their on line audition tools available for future shows. The rumors are true: Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley are recording a duet together! The pair confirmed that the Underwood-Paisley duet, titled ‘Remind Me,’ “is about a husband and wife who are trying to rekindle their romance after years of being together.” ‘Remind Me’ will appear on Paisley’s new album, ‘This Is Country Music,’ which hits stores on May 24.
