Chris Young was missing something on the Charles Koch Arena stage Saturday night. He has been spotted on stage lately not wearing his trademark Stetson cowboy hat. It has fans asking the singer, "Where’s your hat?" Chris explained that he is enjoying going hatless these days.   "I'm just kind of exploring it and enjoying it."  But he is keeping fans on their toes. The singer has not ditched the hat completely, but he did decide to go without it in a couple of scenes for the video for his latest single, 'Tomorrow.' Chris says. "There's a shot of me with the hat. There's a shot of me not wearing it. In the photo shoot we did there's stuff, hat and no hat. So, it's just kind of keeping people on their toes."

Taylor Swift is out with a  new line of cards, in partnership with American Greetings, to celebrate the success of the first year since the cards were launched. The new collection focuses on a spring theme, and includes 28 designs created in their trademark 'handmade' format, as well as several new musical greetings as well.

You can now buy a 38 track album for $9.99 with proceeds going to benefit those in Japan affected by the devastating tsunami and earthquake. Two country songs made the 38 song cut.  They are Keith Urban’s “Better Life” and Lady Antebellum’s “I Run to You.”  All artists, songwriters, publishers and other entities involved have waived their royalties. The album is now available on iTunes.

Lee Brice is going to make an appearance on The Price Is Right on CBS TV this Thursday in conjunction with the ACM Awards telecast this Sunday night.  Lee will introduce “the next item up for bid” when he brings out a collection of ACM nominated artists’ cd’s and audio equipment for contestants to bid on.  Since the show is taped in advance, we can tell you the retail price is $1898.   And, by the way, host Drew Carey does call it “The Brice Is Right” once during the show.  Watch a video below:

Reba McEntire isn’t going to be the only one nervous about hosting the ACM Awards this Sunday night.  Blake Shelton is her co-host.  They were in the CBS studio recording a promo that you will see this week.  We have some video of that promo shoot for you at the Nashville Stew page (below.)  Both Blake and Reba are sure of one thing…anything can happen.  Blake thinks Reba is the one people should watch out for.  But Reba calls Blake “a complete mess” and assures us all that it’s all gonna be live and anything can happen.

While Blake is getting attention for hosting the ACM awards, fiancé Miranda Lambert is getting attention for her nominations.  In anticipation of this weekend’s ACM Awards, Miranda Lambert is offering a free download of her song “Dead Flowers.” The free version is extra special as it’s a live version recorded at the historic Ryman Auditorium. After you get the free download, you can also enter to win a personalized Platinum plaque for all three of her albums that have gone platinum! Click HERE for the free download and to enter for the grand prize. Good luck!
