More ex troubles for country star Sara Evans.  Her ex-husband Craig Schelske is filing for half custody of their three children to "protect the children from the likelihood of substantial harm."  TMZ is reporting that Schelske says in his custody lawsuit that he "has first-hand knowledge that the children are exposed to inappropriate conduct, spend little time with [Sara], and are placed in a party atmosphere with excessive drinking and drug use," while on tour with their mother. Sara currently has full custody of her kids, Avery, 11, Olivia, 8 and Audrey, 6, and is scheduled to go on tour within the coming month.

Chris Young has been voted 2011’s Hottest Bachelor by the readers of Country Weekly for the second time in three years. The 25-year-old Tennessean is the fan favorite  of the magazines readers says Editor in Chief Lisa Konicki, “Who can resist that face?”  Chris is equally enthusiastic. “What can I say, country fans are the best!” he enthuses. “It’s thrilling to get any type of recognition and this one is even more fun since it comes directly from the fans. And thank you Country Weekly readers!”

It could be a little case of "look at me now" when Lady Antebellum performs on the American Idol results show this Thursday May 5th. Did you know that Lady A’s Hillary Scott auditioned for the show and was rejected twice?  “I tried out for the show twice and didn’t make it past the first round,” she told MTV News last year. Hillary doesn't hold a grudge.  This marks the second time the trio has performed on the hit show.
