Tim McGraw is being sued by Curb Records for breach of contract. Curb maintains that Tim violated his contract by recording songs that ended up on 'Emotional Traffic,' in "2008 or before" which they contend was too early. The suit asks the court to order Tim to record another album for the company. Tim says the request is a “stall tactic to add another year to my contract." Tim delivered 'Emotional Traffic' to Curb last fall but it has not been released by the record company. He says he will perform songs from 'Emotional Traffic' when he takes the stage tonight (5/19) at Intrust Bank Arena, so his fans aren’t completely missing out.

A new interview with Taylor Swift for InStyle magazine reveals that Taylor was being groomed for a different profession other than singing. In the interview Taylor talks about a conversation she had with her mother that changed the course of her life, "My mom always wanted me to ride horses because that's what she loved.
