One of Martina McBride's dresses just sold for $27,000 at a charity auction in Nashville on Sunday (June 12). The auction raised more than $150,000 for the organization.

Taylor Swift has taken to using a marker to write all over her left arm -- from her shoulder to her wrist -- on her current tour.  This past weekend she wrote a line from Sugarland's song "Baby Girl.",  Swift had "Remember me in ribbons and curls, love your baby girl" written in black marker on her arm.  Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles loves the new Taylor fashion statement of course, "I love that she relates to that song! She has realized and is living that dream! Play on, lady!"

Miranda Lambert has been married just one month to Blake Shelton, but already the literal honeymoon is over and the reigning ACM Female Vocalist of the Year is back at work -- passing her new husband in the hall as they go about their careers.  But, Miranda isn't bothered by the routine she says, "We got married and saw each other for a week, and I haven't seen him really since then." She tells Country Weekly magazine, "It's routine for us to have our time together and then separate and go be who we are, but I love it. People say it looks good on me, so it's great."

Trace Adkins' is looking for dog lovers like himself to write a jingle about their beloved pooches.  for Waggin' Train dog snacks.  One lucky jingle writer will get to record their jingle with Trace in Nashville. Trace loves the idea, "Waggin' Train came to me with this idea of having a nationwide contest where people could come up with a 60-second jingle based on their love for their pets," Trace tells The Boot. Five finalists will be flown to Nashville during CMA Awards week in November, where they'll perform their jingles for Trace, who will then select one grand prize winner.
