Kenny Chesney's workout is exhausting. Kenny described his workout to Men's Health magazine. He does squat thrusts, explosive pushups, crouching single-leg squats, plank walkup and the good old fashioned pushup. Kenny says he can do 300 pushups in 10 minutes, "You'd be amazed at what you can do in a short amount of time to get a burn in, to feel healthier, to feel like you're not staying the same," he says. The result, as we all know, is a trim and toned and very high-energy Chesney. Which makes him look sexy in his faded Levi's, but it also makes his shows that much better. "I'm not one of these guys that just stands there behind the microphone," he told the magazine.
