Bucky Covington is considering taking legal action against the concert promoter accusing him of grand theft. Bucky is upset by seeing his name splashed all over the headlines after concert promoter William Fuller alleged that Bucky, along with his twin brother Rocky Covington and sister-in-law Terra Covington, stole more than $1,500 out of the cash box during a concert in Ormond Beach, Fla. It's an accusation Bucky vehemently denies. "It's absolutely and completely false," Bucky tells the Daytona Beach News-Journal. "The promoter didn't have his fingers together. He did not pay people. I didn't get paid." The 33-year-old singer-songwriter maintains that not only is he innocent, but the gig actually cost him money, including $2,500 he paid to get his tour bus to the gig. He also claims other vendors were unpaid, as well, and he's now considering legal action against the promoter.
