Celebrity Apprentice' winner John Rich is putting his first house up for sale, and he has tweeted a video of the house called "Who wants to be my neighbor?" John goes into the now empty home for a personal plea: "This is a very special place to be and I hope that somebody who really loves country music buys it and becomes my neighbor." John moved down the street into a bigger place just a stone's throw away, but he promises to be a very friendly neighbor if you buy this house for $580,000. "I'll personally come over with a big ol' bottle of champagne and I'll pour you the first glass," he says in the video. Now that's neighborly! Watch John’s sales pitch below:

BIG & RICH and REDNECK RECORDS artist GRETCHEN WILSON will donate proceeds from one of their “Xtreme Muzik Tour” performances to OPERATION FINALLY HOME. Remember when Taylor's skirt blew up revealing her undergarments at a St. Louis, MO concert? Well, now we know the story behind the mishap. The fan was NOT supposed to be on. Taylor said,"We have wind machines for a few songs in the show and they weren't supposed to be on during that song. I walked over thinking it wasn't on and it just kind of blew it up a little bit. I was just sort of like, 'Well, that's new' and just continued on with the show."

Taylor Swift recently bought her mom and dad a new house. She spent $2.5 million on a historic home in Nashville, Tennessee. It's a 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom 5,601 square foot house that was formerly owned by the U.S. ambassador to Denmark. The house even has its own website. Check that out, here: http://www.2201hardingplace.net/

Shania Twain's shoes raised nine-thousand-dollars auctioning off the autographed, black satin BCBG Max Azria heels she wore at the CMT Music Awards back in June -- when she slipped and fell as she was making her way to the stage. While she admitted she was embarrassed about her tumble at the time, it was in reflecting on the incident that she came up with the idea of helping others while eliminating the offending footwear from her life. The $9,000 will go to Shania Kids Can, a charity the singer established to help school-aged children who are struggling with problems in their homelife.

LeAnn Rimes is getting a lot of flack over her pencil thin figure. LeAnn tweeted that she was approached by a fan in Chicago restaurant about her weight. According to a tweet from LeAnn, the fellow diner came up to her table and told her she needed to "eat something" in front of her stepsons Mason and Jake. LeAnn tweeted, "What is wrong with people!?? As I'm stuffing my face…have another drink and maybe take a class in manners! Cheers!"
