ABC Family’s annual “25 Days of Christmas” kicks off next week and to celebrate, they’ve teamed up with The Band Perry for a festive new music video aptly titled, “25 Days of Christmas.” TBP wrote the song especially for ABC Family. A sneak peek of the music video premiered Sunday night during an airing of ”Holiday in Handcuffs,” but fans can now view it in its entirety! Check out the video below…

 

Blake Shelton is all for free speech. So he is joining the growing list of artists and celebrities supporting the "One For All" Campaign. For his part, Blake will participate in “Free to Tweet,” a daylong online celebration of First Amendment rights on Dec. 15, Bill of Rights Day. During the tweetathon, all Americans are encouraged to tweet their support of the First Amendment and how they enjoy those freedoms—using the hashtag #FreeToTweet.

 

 

Justin Moore and his wife, Kate, have plenty to be thankful for this Thanksgiving as they welcomed their second daughter this morning. Kennedy Faye joins older sister Ella Kole in the Moore household. Congrats to the Moore family!

 

 

 

Chris Young had to kick an abusive man out of his concert last week in Rushton, Louisiana. CHRIS tweetd that he noticed a man hitting a woman in the audience. Chris said he had some words for the guy before he ordered him kicked out ofambert saw the post and sent props to her fellow country artist, "That's awesome! Love u 4 it." Chris then answered her with, quote, "It was ridiculous. A guy wants to fight a guy that’s one thing. But you don't hit a woman."

 

Keith Urban wants you to know that the throat surgery he is having during his holiday break is not a serious operation. Keith is having the type of vocal cord surgery that has become standard procedure for singers. Keith sent some comforting words to his fans when he said, “I think the technology has improved and so the success of this kind of surgery is much greater now than before. I'm hoping I can continue that tradition!"

 

 

If you read news that Carrie Underwood is pregnant, put it out of your mind. A rep for Carrie is denying an "OK! Magazine" story about a pregnancy. An unnamed source reportedly told OK! Magazine that Carrie has "had that happy glow about her for weeks." The unidentified insider alleges that Carrie has been abstaining from alcohol lately. And wouldn't even have a glass of Champaign after the CMA Awards, and calls that "really out of character" for Carrie.

 



Brantley Gilbert has his first #1 song. “Country Must Be Country Wide” is the first single off of Brantley’s sophomore album Halfway to Heaven Deluxe, which debuted earlier this year at No.2 on the Billboard Country Albums chart. Brantley says this is "one of the proudest moments" of his life. "I’ve only dreamed of this and now it’s really happening. I am always amazed by how many fans come out to our shows. To see the fans combined with Country Radio earn me and the band a No.1 song, it’s just unbelievable. I am so incredibly thankful,” said Brantley upon hearing the news from the Valory Music Co. radio promotions team.


Having Chiefs’ season tickets will pay off if you are looking to secure your tickets for the Kenny Chesney/Tim McGraw “Brothers Of The Sun” concert in June 2012 at Arrowhead Stadium. Pre-sale tickets for the concert will go up for grabs for Chiefs’ season ticket holders and residents of Jackson County Mo on Monday 10a – 5pm (November 28th.) The pre-sale will be in person at Arrowhead Stadium , no phone sales. And, to buy tickets you have to show proof of season tickets for the Chiefs or an ID with a Jackson County address. General public tickets will go on sale Friday, December 9th at 10am.

Taylor Swift's newest project is a new live version of her Speak Now World Tour. The CD/DVD set was released Monday (Nov. 21) on Big Machine Records. All 17 songs that Taylor sings on the current tour are featured on the DVD, plus some additional bonus content. The CD contains more than 75 minutes of music. Taylor will wrap up the 2011 dates for her Speak Now World Tour on Tuesday (Nov. 22) at Madison Square Garden in New York City. She will take a holiday break and start again in 2012.
