Sugarland isn't breaking up but they do plan to spend most of 2012 apart. A source close to the band is claiming that Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush both are working on solo projects. Rumor has it that Kristian is working on an album over at Mercury Records. No word on what Jennifer's solo project involves. The duo has yet to officially confirm their solo projects. We do know they won’t be totally apart for 2012 as they currently have 6 dates on the agenda according to their website http://www.sugarlandmusic.com/events.

Something just wasn't looking right to Brad Paisley so he made a drastic change. Brad says that all through December while he and his band were rehearsing for the "Camobunga Tour", he realized that the name and the visuals of the stage set were not matching up. So rather than change the stage set up, Brad changed the name of the tour. We just learned Thursday that the "Camobunga" tour is now the "Virtual Reality World Tour 2012." "When you see plans and sketches on paper it’s one thing but to actually see it in real life is something else, and that’s what happened to me when we were in tour rehearsals. The tour kicks-off next week, coming to Wichita on January 20th.

Carrie Underwood could not drive by a little dog in a ditch. She jumped out of her car to save the little stray dog's life. It happened over the holidays when she was on her way back to Nashville after visiting her family. Carrie says she spotted two Labrador puppies on the side of the road. Sadly, only one was still alive. According to the emergency vet, the puppies were most likely thrown from a moving vehicle. After the puppy was treated, Carrie brought it home and named it Stella. But she couldn't keep the puppy, so she talked some neighbors into adopting it. Carrie already has two dogs and, she explained, Stella was going to need full-time attention for a while.

David Nail may be in the dog house with his wife. David says he desperately wanted to catch a show during Glen's farewell tour. When the tour came to Nashville Tuesday David couldn't resist going. It just happened to also be his wife's birthday. David Tweeted, quote, "I can finally say I saw one of my biggest influences live. Now home to tuck the birthday girl into bed!" David attended the concert with Tanya Tucker, Larry Gatlin and Jeannie Seely.....but not with his wife.

Trace Adkins may be the "man of the house" but he is definitely outnumbered. In the latest issue of Good Housekeeping, Trace talks about what it’s like to be the only man among six girls (five daughters, plus his wife, Rhonda.) While he loves his daughters, Trace says he struggles with relating to all those women, "It goes against who I am to be interested in ballet," he said. When Trace has to get away, he says he hops on his tractor and disappears. "It’s the most therapeutic machine ever invented," he said. For more on Trace and his household of women, pick up the latest issue of Good Housekeeping with Paula Deen on the cover.
