We could find out today or tomorrow if Garth gets his $500,000 donation to a hospital back. Both sides rested and closing arguements are expected today in Garth's lawsuit against an Oklahoma hospital. Garth took the stand in the case and testified that he believed that, after a number of meetings and phone calls, he reached a verbal agreement with the hospital in 2005 to name a women's center after his late mother, Colleen, in exchange for a $500,000 donation. The hospital says the gift was given unconditionally. Colleen Brooks' name has not appeared on a building and Garth wants his donation back, plus punitive damages.
