It's Valentines Day and Keith Urban gives guys some advice today. Be aware of the day, he says, especially if you have been together with your valentine for a while. "Because you know, when we start relationships, we’re so capable of honoring each other with cards and flowers and chocolates and attention and affection and priority," Keith says, "And then all of that all too many times starts to drift away, and it drifts away because it’s easy at the beginning." When asked what a bad valentine gift would be, Keith said an Ipad, "[laughs] That’s a ridiculous gift for Valentine’s Day. Is it just me, or…[laughs]"

Justin Moore admits to us that he is a bad valentine, "I'm kinda notorious for being terrible at Valentine's Day… I'm just not that good at being romantic." Remembering the day is only half the battle. Justin confesses he’s also not great when it comes to thinking up something special for his wife. "I need to get better at it honestly. It's not for a lack of wanting to do good, I just, I pretty much just suck honestly. (Laughs) I need to get better at it."

Some of country music’s biggest stars are contributing songs for a brand new album celebrating the National Rifle Association. The first "This is NRA Country Vol. 1" CD has been released at www.nracountry.com . This is NRA Country Vol. 1 includes Trace Adkins, Justin Moore, Craig Morgan, Hank, Jr., Rodney Atkins and John Rich to name a few. A spokesperson says the songs on the album all had to either celebrate hunting, outdoor activities, the military or appreciation of family to make it on the debut collection.

Trace Adkins got back together with the girl he had a crush on in college. Over the weekend, Trace met Baylor women's basketball coach Kim Mulkey. Adkins admits to the Shreveport Times that he admired Mulkey from afar at Lousiana Tech, where they played sports in the '80s. "All the jocks ate at the training table, and that was where I would see her," he says. "But she was a rock star, and I couldn't talk to her." Mulkey admits, "I knew kind of who he was, but not to the extent that I paid attention. Then when he started singing and became famous, I was like — I know him." The pair finally met Saturday (2/11) at the Texas A&M vs. Baylor basketball game, where Adkins sang the National Anthem.
