Toby Keith is making some rare television appearances this week. Set your DVR for Toby’s appearances with Ellen Degeneres on Thursday afternoon (4pm on KWCH), and with Jay Leno on The Tonight Show Friday night (10:30 on KSN.)
Kenny Chesney drunk dialed Lionel Richie and there is audio to prove it. Kenny apparently became a slobbering fool when Lionel left a voicemail message asking Kenny to sing on the upcoming Tuskogee album. The way Lionel remembers it, Kenny drunk dialed him back and the message left went something like “ Lionel! Oh my God, Lionel! Oh my God, oh my God . . . Oh Lionel, I love you. I love you Lionel, I love you . . . Lionel, I love 'My Love', I love you . . . I love you . . . Lionel . . . love you." Then Kenny started singing Lionel's song "My Love" on the message. Lionel added, quote, "If anyone ever tells me that I'm lying, I have the drunk dial tape. He sang the whole song all the way through."
Martina McBride is all about cleaning house. She shared some cleaning tips on her website blog this week, saying "One thing I use daily, and maybe my most important cleaning tool, is the Swiffer Sweeper Vac. I have dark wood floors in my house and they show everything. So I use this guy sometimes twice a day. She also admitted to being “a sucker for stuff that smells good.” And confessed to spending $5 for a bottle of the earth-friendly Caldrea dishwashing soap, writing “Life is about choices, and sometimes I will choose to skip the Starbucks for a couple of days in order to buy a bottle of dishwashing soap that's gonna make me smile everytime I do a sinkful of dishes.”
Lauren Alaina has gotten a major musical hook-up from the man who once declared her “the one” after he audition for American Idol. Lauren tweeted about a collaboration with Idol judge Steven Tyler. The tweet said, “Returned to idol & then went to the studio to record background vocals for the new Aerosmith record. #ISTHISREAL?Thank u Steven!” Lauren tweeted.
