Jake Owen has been playing matchmaker on Twitter. He helped one lucky guy secure a date to prom this week. "Hey, @Larissa_Lewisss. My name is Jake. "@TylerMiles14 wants you to go to prom w/ him. I said I'd ask u if he treated you nice." And in less than a half hour, Tyler was indebted to Jake, as his high school crush tweeted, "'Yes, of course!!!! You can tell Tyler he has a date! :)))" "Tyler, you owe me. You're welcome bro," was the last post from the 30-year-old singer. As for Jake he has a serious girlfriend, sorry ladies! Carrie Underwood is on the cover story of the April issue of Self Magazine, and inside the 29-year-old country superstar tells how she stays in such good shape. Carrie attributes what she eats to her good health. "I've been a vegetarian for seven years." Carrie says she is only 95% Vegan though, "sometimes you're at a birthday party and there's cake and....you can't resist."
A couple of months ago it was rumored that Meghan Linsey and her singing partner/fiance Joshua Scott Jones were breaking up. The Steel Magnolia couple apparently called off their engagement and stopped performing together. We still don't know their personal status, but they have booked a show. They're performing at the ACM Experience in Las Vegas on March 31st. That's the day before this year's ACMs. Meghan was spotted just last week performing for a benefit for Brad Pitt's charity foundation. Joshua wasn't anywhere to be seen, so this might not be a complete reconciliation.
