It wasn't even a contest. Lady Antebellum chose the kids at Henryville Indiana High School as their "Own the Prom Night" contest winners. Hillary, Dave and Charles say they voted unanimously for Henryville as the school to receive the coveted appearance. Since the Henryville High School was completely destroyed by the tornados earlier this month, Lady A will play at a facility in nearby Louisville, Kentucky for juniors and seniors. Then they will play a benefit concert for the entire community. Every penny made will go to help the residents rebuild their town after twisters caused death and destruction.

They do plan to call him by his middle name, Harvey. "He's a 'third,'" George told Lon. "Just saw him yesterday, he's really growing, and I think they're gonna call him Harvey. It's kind of sticking. That's my middle name, and that's what we're calling him. George Harvey Strait III."
Rodney Atkins is thankful to his fans and God for helping him through his divorce from Tammy Jo, his wife of 13 years. The country singer filed for divorce after Tammy Jo made accusations of domestic violence. Rodney was subsequently cleared of all charges but says, "I had no idea the support and the love that was out there from people. Rodney also says his faith in God has helped get him through, "With what I've been through, I just pray to do the right thing and say the right thing, and if I don't know the right words, God will put them in my mouth. [If I] take the high road, the right thing will happen."
Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert may be a country music power couple....but they insist they are just two regular people when they step off the stage."Where I live in Oklahoma, I am just Miranda to the locals, and when I go to the feed store to buy stuff for my animals, they don't care that I sing for a living," the 'Over You' singer explains. Blake adds that they still do many of their own household chores themselves, even though they could easily afford help. He tells the Las Vegas Review-Journal. "If we ever get to the point where we don't fold our own towels and underwear, we need to get our asses kicked."
