An attorney says Sugarland's version of what happened before last summer's deadly stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair is inconsistent with another witness account. The Indianapolis Star reports it obtained a partial transcript of singer Jennifer Nettles' deposition in a series of lawsuits over the disaster. The Star says Nettles testified that the country duo was never told fair officials had asked to delay the concert because of an approaching storm and that the band probably would have postponed the show if they had been asked. State Fair Executive Director Cindy Hoye testified that she asked Sugarland's tour manager to delay the show but was told that the band refused.

Big hair has been one of LAUREN ALAINA'S trademarks.  Not anymore.  On Saturday she hit up her Facebook page to let everyone know she got it cut.  Lauren wrote, quote, "Here’s my hair cut.  Hope you love it."

 

 

 

You may see Cee Lo Green's pretty little white cat named Purrfect show up on The Voice.  So far, no sign of Blake Shelton's Golden Lab.  We do know that he is traveling back and forth with his dog between Nashville and Los Angeles.  Miranda told us that Saturday night.  But, so far Blake hasn't set up a Twitter account for his dog...but Cee Lo did for his cat and the cat is approaching 50,000 Twitter followers.  Blake Shelton follows Purrfect on Twitter and Purrfect follows Blake.

He is now the only solo male country artist to have his six most recent singles all hit No. 1. "Drink on It" is the third release from Blake's Grammy-nominated Red River Blue album. "It got right down to the wire," Blake recalls of recording the song. "It was the last song we ended up cutting for the album and ironically, it's one of my top three or four favorites on the record. It's a sexy song that I haven't heard anything quite like."
