Rascal Flatts has stumbled on a potential new lead singer.  All of the guys agree that Gary LeVox’s daughter, Brittany, is like a young female version of him. “Brittany is the spitting image of him,” Jay says with a laugh.  “She has the same sense of humor and she has got personality for days.”  Joe Don clarifies, “Well, she’s a pretty version of Gary.”  Gary says his daughter sings all the time and Jay jokes, “If she keeps singing we’re gonna hire her here in a couple years.”  Rascal Flatts’ new single, “Come Wake Me Up,” is just beginning its climb up the charts.

Alan Jackson is having some trouble with one new technology.  It is taking him a while to get used to his new iPhone 4. Particularly the Siri function, the voice app that works as a personal assistant.  Alan tells Aol.com that he likes using the app but it doesn't like him back, because of his thick southern accent.  That accent created a really funny moment with Alan's wife Denise. Alan says he wanted to show her the new feature and how he could check his text messages, but when spoke into the phone and handed it to Denise it had pulled up a list of adult bookstores.  Alan says with a laugh, "It thought I said 'sex,' not 'text.'" 

Tim McGraw is giving wife Faith Hill all the credit for keeping him organized with his crazy life these days.  Tim says being a father of three daughters, a husband, an actor, signing a new record deal, and of course being out on the Brothers of the Sun Tour all summer has him stretched very very thin.“Faith is great at it. She’s so type A and she’s very organized. I’m not good at that at all.”  Tim jokes, “I’m sort of like the meat that just shows up and does the job.”  But no matter how busy he gets family is always the priority, for everybody who works on his schedule.  “As long as the top’s stable everything else just sort of finds a place to settle in.”

Blake Shelton will start filming this fall's season of The Voice  very soon, but devoting so much time to his tv career is taking away from his music career.   Blake is committed to the show, and he says, "I love it, and I can't imagine not being a part of The Voice ever.  I mean, I'd love to do it from now on."  Blake will tour through the summer before filming for the new season of the show starts.   Word is Blake is also in the process of recording a Christmas album for release this holiday season.

The Zac Brown Band will be doing a special on-field performance at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, Mo.,ahead of the baseball’s home run derby on July 9.  They will sing their new single, “The Wind.” It will air on ESPN just before the Home Run Derby gets underway. The Home Run Derby will air on ESPN at 7:00pm on July 9th. Zac Brown Band's new album, “Uncaged,” will be released the next day, on July 10.  The Home Run Derby will air on ESPN at 7:00pm on July 9th.
