Carrie Underwood Launches Fun iPhone App

The Band Perry is nervous about what has become known as the sophomore jinx.  Ried Perry is looking at their producer to help them through the lumps in their stomach, he says quote, “Rick Rubin said that, you know, the second album it is the sophomore project, but it’s not the second thing that you’ve done in your career so he’s been really great.”  Kimberly also adds that some of the nervousness comes from wanting to be sure they are doing everything they can to be worthy of the opportunities they have.  “Like Reid said, the weight of that responsibility,” says Kimberly, “We want to keep earning it and the three of us are very goal oriented too, so we want to outdo ourselves time and time again and just work hard to bring the best music that we can.”  

Taylor Swift's new fragrance Wonderstruck Enchanted will be out in October. Taylor describes this scent is an Oriental Gourmand with a balance of "creamy flowers and sensual woods." Rascal Flatts' Jay DeMarcus has a big event happening this summer, the birth of his second child, a little boy, who is due in about a month.  Jay and his wife Allison already have a little girl, Madeline, who is almost a year and a half old and he says, “I know that Alli is thrilled to have a boy because she says that all boys are mama’s boys, so she’s thrilled about it.  I’m thrilled to have a man in the mix because even my dog is a female, so I’m kinda outnumbered.  So I’m thrilled to be having a little boy coming along … wow, it’s around the corner.”  The couple revealed a few weeks ago that they have chosen the name Dylan Jay DeMarcus for their son.]
