Country Star Mentioned For Idol Judge And Tim's "Truck Tire Yeah"!

Carrie Underwood's name has emerged as a possible judge on American Idol now that Stephen Tyler and Jennifer Lopez are officially off the show.  Carrie hasn't commented on the idea herself, so this is all just speculation at this point.  Aretha Franklin has expressed an interest in being a judge on the show.  No comment from the show's producers on the new developments.

Garth Brooks may finally be ready to get the tour bus out of moth balls. It's been 12 years since the country icon announced his retirement to raise his daughters. Garth has assured fans ohe would return to touring once his youngest daughter graduates from high school. His youngest is a junior in high school now. Garth now says "If God lets us do it and everything goes well, I would love to tour again  I'd love to tour again with Miss Yearwood and have no guilt," he admitted. "But I'm still two years away." 

Taylor Swift is officially the richest young celebrity in America. Taylor, 22, tops Forbes magazine's list of Highest Paid Celebrities Under 30.  They say she makes $57 million a year.  Taylor just barely beat out second place youngster Justin Bieber (age 18), by a cool $2 million.  The singer-songwriter recently hinted she was putting the final touches on a new album, which should hit shelves later this year. "I'm writing you from Nashville, where I just sat in a big room with a lot of people and made a lot of decisions about a lot of things happening very soon," she revealed on her Facebook page.

Tim McGraw's new song ‘Truck Yeah’ could be retitled, 'Truck TIRE Yeah" after the singer posted a photo of himself doing his pre-show workout.  He was rolling a truck tire end over end....shirtless.  It’s an aerial image, so obviously someone else snapped  Tim while he was working up a sweat.  Tim posted it on his Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/TimMcGraw

Dierks Bentley shows up on HGTV this Friday.  His Airstream trailer is being made over by the Junk Gypsies. The girls design a unique resin table from old concert posters and turn a motorcycle gas tank into a cool new lighting fixture. See the episode airing on Friday afternoon at 1:30pm on HGTV.
