Most country stars brag about grueling workouts and strict diets to stay in shape while they're on the road. But not Jason Aldean.
He says he and his crew like to play wiffle ball. Jason says the gang used to play basketball ahead of concerts, but everybody started getting hurt. A couple of the guys rolled their ankles and they'd have to bring doctors in to tape those swollen ankles up before the show. Jason explains, "So we figured we'd try something where that was a little less likely," he added about his fun-but-safe pre-show game. Aldean's also not the kind of guy who's eating lean meats and steamed veggies on the road. "We eat chicken and potato chips and drink beer," he said.
