Fellow "Voice" Coach Impersonates Blake Shelton

  • Print

Blake Shelton returns to The Voice for it's third season premiere Monday night (September 10 on NBC.) Blake's fellow coach on the show, Adam Levine, stopped by The Tonight Show with Jay Leno to promo the show. Adam Levine is famously in a "bromance" with Blake Shelton, the sole representative of country music on The Voice. With some encouragement from Leno, Levine did a bit of his Blake Shelton impression. He then aired a clip from the new season's blind audition rounds during which he goes into full-on country twang Blake Shelton mode. See it below:

A hint from Keith Urban on the possibility of him joining American Idol. Keith was teaching a group of high school students about songwriting during a special appearance at the Country Music Hall Of Fame, when he opened the class up for questions. The first question? Will Keith be a judge on American Idol. After laughing and calling the high school student, "Barbara Walters" Keith gave only a slight hint that it might happen when he said, “I would love to do it and hopefully that happens.” Keith went on to tell the kids that it would be his chance to "pass it on" since he got his first break winning a recording session from an Australian talent competition.
