Jason Aldean is showing off his 18-acre Tennessee spread in the latest issue of People Country Magazine and talks about life on the ranch with his wife and daughters.
In the article, Jason says his life on the ranch is all about family dinners. He says one of his favorite dishes is wife Jessica's mac and cheese. Jason also enjoys tucking his girls (Keeley, 9, and Kendyl, 5) into bed at night after a good old fashioned tickle fight. Jason also opened up his 5,000 square foot home to cameras. "I had a good time doing the shoot and having everybody come out to the house," he says. "It gives the fans an inside look at my place and my life offstage, which I thought was great." Tim McGraw and Taylor Swift both gave emotional performances during Friday night’s “Stand Up To Cancer” Telethon. Taylor wrote a song just for the special. It was dedicated to a young boy named Ronan who lost his battle with neuroblastoma, a form of childhood cancer, last year. Taylor co-wrote the song after reading the boy's mother's blog. “Ronan” is available at iTunes. Learn more about Ronan HERE. Tim McGraw closed the show with a memorable performance of his mega-hit “Live Like You Were Dying.” The iconic song was written after his father, Tug McGraw, lost his fight to cancer in 2004.

We might find out more today (9/10) about the possibility of Keith Urban joining American Idol. Randy Jackson is expected to announce today that he will no longer be a judge on the show and will move into a mentor role. Keith gave us a hint that he is close to becoming an official member of the American Idol team. He was teaching a group of high school students about songwriting during a special appearance at the Country Music Hall Of Fame, when he opened the class up for questions. The first question? Will Keith be a judge on American Idol. Keith gave a slight hint when he said, “I would love to do it and hopefully that happens.” Keith went on to tell the kids that it would be his chance to "pass it on" since he got his first break winning a recording session from an Australian talent competition.
