Big Town gave up their top spot on the country singles chart but gained a #1 album. They have the best first-week album sales of their career, as their critically-acclaimed fifth album, Tornado sits at No.1 spot on Billboard's Top Country Albums chart. The album is also at No. 2 on Billboard 200 chart. "Pontoon" dropped out of the #1 spot though on the singles chart. Hunter Hayes slid in there with "Wanted."

He and Big Kenny also released their first duo album in four years this week with Hillbilly Jedi. In the latest edition of US Weekly John talked about some little know facts about himself. In the article, 25 Things You Don’t Know About Me, John revealed that his Granny Rich makes his rhinestone stage clothes. "She’s 80 and rawks!" he says. He has written more than 2,000 songs. He owns a ’78 Smokey and the Bandit edition Trans Am. He can change a diaper in 15 seconds flat! He prefers charcoal to gas.
