Keith Urban admits he burst into tears when he saw his wife, actress Nicole Kidman, on TV at the 2013 Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, Sunday (Jan. 27). At the same time, Keith was postponing and/or canceling concerts in flood-ravaged Australia. "When we finally got into Sydney, I got to the house, flicked on the TV and I got to see my wife (at the SAG Awards)," Keith told news.com.au. "I got to see what she was wearing. I hit pause on one shot and stood there staring at her ... and started crying. I hated the fact she was there without me, on her own. Ridiculous, right?"
Ray Price is making it clear that he did not offer Blake Shelton $350, a 6" turkey sub with no cheese and unlimited black coffee to be his opening act at a June 8th concert in Branson. Ray wrote on his Facebook after hearing of the bogus story, "I would never insult him in such a manner." Ray did confirm though that Blake and Miranda came to visit him Thursday night at the Choctaw Casino in Oklahoma where the country music icon was performing. Ray posted a photo with Blake on his Facebook page.
Gary Allan has the #1 album in the country....not just the top country album. Gary's album Set You Free sits at No. 1 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart and Billboard Top 200 Pop Chart.
Kenny Chesney's next album will detail Life on a Rock. Kenny explains, "It's about the way life is when you live on an island," Kenny explains. "Everywhere you go, there's everyone you know; you know everything about them, and they know everything about you ... and that's just a whole other way to be. Coming from Luttrell, Tenn., I can tell you, 'life on a rock' isn't all that different from life in a real small town. It's slower, it's easier, it's more invested and it's also more about really enjoying the moments as they are, when they are." Kenny Chesney has just released the first single from Life On A Rock. It's called "Pirate Flag." The whole album will be out in April.
