Brad Paisley and wife, actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, are in Haiti this week helping to provide clean water to areas still recovering from the tragic earthquake that hit the country in 2010. "1 of our full service water stations in Haiti, complete with hillbilly water pump," he tweeted. Brad said he didn't want to just write a check. "We have the means in Nashville to fix that entire region as far as water goes and not even feel it.'"
