Blake Shelton isn't ready for his own sitcom at this point but he certainly had fun as a guest on Reba's Malibu Country. Blake says that after The Voice is over he will give his weekly television career a break and return to touring full time. "As soon as the leash gives me a little slack from The Voice, I'm going straight back into touring," Blake says. "I can't see myself going from The Voice into more television. I think there will at least be a break there." Blake is also currently prepping to co-host the ACM Awards with Luke Bryan on April 7th.

Jason Aldean says he is always on the look out for unique "career" changing songs and he believes he has found one in his latest single. "1994" is a hip-hop influenced tribute to '90s hitmaker Joe Diffie. He calls it a "quirky song that's just kind of funny" "It's not a masterpiece by any means," he says. "If you listen to the very end of the song, the band thought the tape was over. They figured it would fade out by then, so they're screwing around and we ended up keeping it in." Tickets are still available to see Jason at Country Stampede on Friday, June 28th with his ‘Night Train’ tour.

Another artist who looks for songs that are different is Miranda Lambert. "I think that my fans are craving something different from me on every record, you know, because I keep delivering something different. And I feel like it breaks up the monotony a little bit to be different." Miranda says, "I'm constantly looking for new music and finding old music I didn't know about because I want something fresh."

Records should just pre-break when they see George Strait coming. San Antonio's Alamodome announced that The Cowboy Rides Away tour stop is the fastest and largest sell-out in the history of the venue. George's concert sold out 72,000 tickets in six minutes.

Carrie says she likes her birthday to run into a birthweek where everyone in her world calls her Princess Carrie."
