Testimoney continues in Garth Brooks’ lawsuit against a hospital in Oklahoma over a $500,000 donation to name a building after his late mother, Colleen. In an email to staff members in March 2009, CEO and President James Moore stated the hospital “may not deny Garth access to the money,” but could “make him work to get it.” Moore on Thursday testified that he never made an agreement with Brooks on naming rights in connection with the $500,000. What is missing on Alan Jackson's face? His mustache. He shaved it off to make the video for his new single, 'So You Don’t Have to Love Me Anymore.‘ It’s far from a clean-shaven look for Alan. He is sporting a "stubblestache", just a hint of a mustache. It's a full committment to a "no mustache" look but it’s a long way from the classic lip-topper he’s been so closely associated with. The video for ‘So You Don’t Have to Love Me Anymore’ is below. ‘So You Don’t Have to Love Me Anymore’ is the second single from Jackson’s new album, which has yet to be released. The project is his first since leaving Sony Nashville in January 2011.

His manager said, "This is very inaccurate. We have no plans to be anything but a country-music artist ... Also, we have enjoyed a long-term, successful relationship with Sony ... The numbers you speak about and Warner Bros., etc., are purely rumors that are far from the truth."

And so to affect it, you know, one way or another, is just truly a dream come true. And that’s all that’s really mattered to me is just being a part of country music and the Music City family.”
