The Bellamy Brothers have a message for Britney Spears - "If I said you ripped off our song would you hold it against me?’ Britney's new single, “Hold It Against Me,” seems a bit all too familiar to David and Howard Bellamy. After hearing the pop star’s new single the Bellamy Brothers asked, “Didn’t we already do that?” Their song 'If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body, Would You Hold It Against Me’ went #1. If you listen to the lyrics of Britney Spears’ new single, ‘Hold It Against Me,’ you’ll find some major similarities.” The brothers knew something was up when the YouTube.com video for “If I Said You Had A Beautiful Body, Would You Hold It Against Me” soared by 270,000 views overnight. The brothers say they have no personal beef with Britney. But DAvid adds, "...in all honesty, we feel completely ripped off." See the two songs' videos below:

Kellie Pickler had big plans for her wedding to songwriter Kyle Jacobs. The couple were in the thick of putting together a glamorous Nashville event when suddenly they realized bigger wasn't better – and that they were getting lost in the process. "When two people get married, it's not about the glamour," Pickler, 24, tells PEOPLE. "It's about the bride and groom and God." So, bride and groom decided to elope to a heavenly spot in Antigua, where they married as the sun set over the Caribbean Sea. "We didn't have anything but us and God and our minister," Pickler says of the ceremony, "and I can't think of a word that can quite describe how perfect it was."

Tim McGraw credits the fact that he is alive today to wife Faith Hill. In an interview this week, Tim admits that he used to "drunk text" Faith Hill. And he says that was part of his motivation for getting clean and sober. Tim reveals, "I only learned how to text because back when I was drinking, I would get in trouble when I would call my wife and she would find out I was drinking. And then I started slurring my texts and I figured hell, I gotta quit drinking." Tim quit drinking about three years ago. "Faith has kept me alive," Tim told People magazine, adding that if not for his wife, "I'd be dead." Tim jokes that he plays the "Faith" role in his current movie, 'Country Strong,' as the sober half of a struggling couple, while Gwyneth Paltrow plays the old Tim -- a country star struggling with substance abuse.

The surprise news of the year so far is that Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are parents of a new baby girl. The couple didn't elaborate in their statement on the specifics of the baby's surrogate or birth except to use the term "gestational carrier." The term usually means the child would not be genetically related to the surrogate. At least one source is saying the baby is biologically Keith and Nicole's child.

Congratulations to Kenny Chesney, who tops the charts for a second consecutive week with his smash single, “Somewhere with You.” Beyond the distinct melody, Kenny says that the song’s great lyrics were part of what sold him on recording “Somewhere with You.” “I love the line of this song where ‘I can’t go out every night of the week, I can’t go home with anybody I meet, and it’s just a temporary high, ’cause when I close my eyes, I’m somewhere with you.’ I think that anybody that has been in a relationship that associates certain places or certain things or certain music, food, whatever, you go back to that person.” Somewhere With You is the second #1 song from from Kenny’s Hemingway’s Whiskey album, also home to the number-one hit, “The Boys of Fall.”
