No clear #1 song this week in country music. The two charts that track the top songs are split on who has the #1 song this week. If you go by the Billboard chart, it’s Jason Aldean’s duet with Kelly Clarkson, Don’t You Want To Stay. But, according to the Mediabase/Country Aircheck chart, Taylor Swift has the #1 song with Back To December. Both charts agree that Brad Paisley’s This Is Country Music is in the top 3.

Reba McEntire has a message for fans. She is sticking close to her father's hospital bed and that is why she was unable to attend the Country Music Hall of Fame announcement Tuesday. Her father, Clark, suffered a stroke and is in a coma in a Tulsa hospital. Reba shared the news of her induction into the Hall Of Fame with her father at his hospital bedside. “I asked Momma if she thought it registered, if she thought he understood it,” an emotional Reba said, “She said, ‘Yeah, I do.’ It was very important for Daddy, like the first time I ever performed at the Grand Ole Opry, and this was another milestone he was waiting on, so I’m so glad I got to tell him before it was too late.” Reba also recorded a message to fans that is posted on her website. Tim McGraw and Faith Hill were given the Country Radio Broadcasters' artist humanitarian award Wednesday. The couple accepted the award from last year's recipient, Trace Adkins. Tim and Faith were were applauded for their many charitable activities include raising money for the victims in Louisiana and Mississippi in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and last year's Nashville Rising concert to help flood victims in Middle Tennessee. Faith called receiving the award "bittersweet" and "incredibly humbling because it comes at the expense of others who are suffering through hard times."

Josh Turner is cheering on his soundalike 'American Idol' contestant Scotty McCreery. Scotty seemed stuck on Josh’s hit song 'Your Man' during the audition process. Scotty does remind Josh of himself, but not for the reason you might think. "Back when I was that age, I wanted to sing nothing but Randy Travis songs. But it took that for me to figure out who I was," Josh says. "I think he's farther along at that age than I was."The 33-year old has nothing but praise for the aspiring country star. "Scotty seems to be a smart guy, and he's got his head on straight," he adds, "and he seems like he's got a great heart."

Blake Shelton has been picked by NBC as the final musical coach on their new talent competition show called "The Voice," series premiering on Tuesday, April 26. Blake will join fellow coaches Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine. In a statement, NBC called Blake one of their "dream team" of coaches, "We couldn't have a panel that represented the hottest American music without a strong country presence, and Blake is at the top of his game right now." Blake says he is going to have a blast and is excited to be part of a show that recognizes true vocal talent." Casting is closed for this first season of The Voice, but producers are still leaving their on line audition tools available for future shows. Trace Adkins isn’t apologizing for his latest single but he is blaming the songwriters for letting him believe it could be a hit. The song 'Brown Chicken Brown Cow,' from his latest CD, 'Cowboy's Back in Town,' is actually the punch line to a sexual joke from the 70’s. Trace says he won’t apologize to "the purists and the traditionalists” who think “I'm such an embarrassment to this genre," he tells CMT. "I do what I want to do."

Chris Young is getting ready to play the 2011 KFDI Listener Appreciation Show on March 26th. He has barely had time to enjoy his 3rd #1 song, Voices, before he is back on the charts with another hot new single, “Tomorrow.” Chris tells us he thinks having the two songs so close together is "cool because we’ve got all this new music. I’m puttin’ all the finishing touches on the new album." Chris says he is ready for some new music to come our, "You know, it’s the first new music I’ve had in, really, three years. The Man I Want to Be is, like, two-and-a-half, three years old for me.” "Tomorrow” is first single from Chris’ upcoming third album, Neon, which will be released later this year.

Reba McEntire's 84-year old father, Clark Vincent McEntire, is making steady progress in his recovery from a stroke. Reba's younger sister, Susie McEntire-Eaton reports, "Daddy is holding his own right now. We are giving him lots of updates about what is going on with each of us and loading him up with lots of hugs and kisses."

You can now see Keith Urban coming out of a shower shirtless in his black and white music video for his new single, "Without You." While the country star plays guitar in a sparsely furnished room, personal images from his life on the road, the stage, his wedding to Nicole Kidman and footage of daughter Sunday Rose in her crib are projected onto the white walls. Other intimate footage captures the married couple running playfully on a beach – and a bare-chested Urban getting out of a hotel room shower. Although Urban didn't write "Without You", he says the song tells about many of the experiences of his family life. "It was uncanny how much it was suited to my life."

We have exciting new music from Brad Paisley to debut for you. Brad is putting out the second single from the upcoming album, This Is Country Music. The new single is called “Old Alabama.” The song pays tribute to Country Music Hall of Famers Alabama. And, yes, Alabama appears on the track with Brad. “We realized the perfect bridge for this song is the bridge from (Alabama’s 1982 hit) ‘Mountain Music, so I contacted Randy Owen, asked him if he wanted to write it with us. Instead of sampling a piece of ‘Mountain Music,’ I had those guys come in and record a piece of it.” Check out the new song below.

Miranda Lambert's on the cover of the new Redbook magazine on newsstands now. In the interview inside, Miranda says the best piece of advice she was ever given was from Reba McEntire, who told her, “Always show up like a star. Always spring for that limo. If you appear like a star, people will treat you like that and you will be one." And, after she and Blake are married in May, there will be no babies for a while. Miranda says, “I have seven rescue dogs. Getting a puppy is pretty good birth control! About her life with Blake, she says they like to go hunting and fishing, but they also spend time just sitting on their porch and drinking beer when they are home at the same time. Blake and Miranda will be married on May 14th.

Both Josh Turner and Billy Currington have greatest hits albums hitting stores this week. The two singers have quite a bit in common. Not only are they on the same record label, Mercury Nashville, but both released their debut albums in 2003, each releasing four studio albums since with multiple No. 1 hits. 'The Best of Josh Turner' and 'The Best of Billy Currington' became available for purchase today March 22.

ALAN JACKSON has found a new record deal after leaving Arista Records in January. Capital Nashville announced that Alan will release his next album as a joint venture between ACR Records, which is an acronym for Alan’s Country Records, and Capital Records. Alan confirms that he will be heading into the studio soon and says, “I’m happy to be joining the hottest label in NASHVILLE.”

Chris Young was missing something on the Charles Koch Arena stage Saturday night. He has been spotted on stage lately not wearing his trademark Stetson cowboy hat. It has fans asking the singer, "Where’s your hat?" Chris explained that he is enjoying going hatless these days. "I'm just kind of exploring it and enjoying it." But he is keeping fans on their toes. The singer has not ditched the hat completely, but he did decide to go without it in a couple of scenes for the video for his latest single, 'Tomorrow.' Chris says. "There's a shot of me with the hat. There's a shot of me not wearing it. In the photo shoot we did there's stuff, hat and no hat. So, it's just kind of keeping people on their toes."

John Rich appearing on KFDI's Brian & Kellie morning show (Wichita) Monday, March 28th says he will be project manager on The Celebrity Apprentice this coming Sunday night. And, he reveals that he has a big mess on his hands during his task, "I can't tell you a lot but I can tell you Gary Busey pushes Meatloaf to the breaking point where I have to get in between....physically get in between Meatloaf and Gary Busey because Meatloaf is going to rip his head off." John says he has great respect for both the singer and actor and looks up to them as you would a father. But he accuses them both of acting like "lunatics." All of the drama isn't distracting John from his goal of raising more money for his charity, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, than has ever been raised on the program. John says he wants to raise $1 million dollars! We have to wait til Sunday night on NBC to see if he pulls it off. Listen to the Interview with Brian and Kellie Here Willie Nelson was busted with a personal amount of marijuana on his tour bus last fall. Willie's court case seems to be taking a strange twist. TMZ reports that the prosecutor would be willing to offer Willie a plea agreement. If Willie will plead guilty, the punishment would be a $100 fine and the country icon singing "Blue Eyes Crying In the Rain" inside the courtroom. If Willie doesn't accept the deal, he will face up to 180 days in jail and a $2,000 fine.
