I love stuffing! Its my favorite item on the table at Thanksgiving! I also love to try new types of stuffing (or dressing - whatever you want to call it). One of my favorite creative stuffing recipes involves a sea creature that you wouldn't expect to make an appearance at the thanksgiving table: crawfish! I've been making crawfish stuffing now for about 5 years and love it more every time!
The flavors in the crawfish stuffing are very close to that of sausage stuffing because of the spices that are used when cooking the crawfish tails. What you end up with is a rich, slightly spicy and delicious stuffing that could compete with any of "the best stuffings you've ever had". For the complete recipe, check out my video.
