As we all "try" to be "good" and not eat too much this time of year, sometimes its just impossible. Between the holidays and the games on Sunday, we are always bombarded with visions of greasy food, and our minds say "just a little won't hurt me". In the event that you decide to give into this, let me share with you one of my favorite "football" foods. Potato boats! When made right, they are delicious and hard to stop eating.
