My Norwegian Mother's Recipe for Lefse

Lefse is a potato based tortilla type bread that can be eaten with butter, jellies or used to roll meats in.
Growing up my mother our aunts would make it and pass out bags of Lefse to everyone to enjoy. This year, we decided to make a batch in my kitchen using my Grandmother's lefse grill. 

Taped on Christmas day 2012 with my mother. This is how you make Lefse.
