I recently found something amazing. Powdered peanut butter!
I know, it sounds a little strange, but hear me out. This stuff tastes exactly like regular peanut butter when you add a little water to it. Plus it has half the calories and bad stuff that regular peanut butter has. Plus, it's powdered form allows you to use it in ways that traditional peanut butter cannot be used.
One of those ways is popsicles. I've discovered that by mixing 3 tablespoons of powdered peanut butter with one - 7 ounce vanilla yogurt cup .You can make two peanut butter popsicles.
Of course you do need a popsicle maker or molds (I suggest the Zoku instant popsicle maker - It makes fully frozen popsicles in less than 5 mins). These three things, yogurt, powdered peanut butter and a popsicle maker will allow you to make some low-calorie peanut butter treats that will get you through the hot summer months.
