OK...so I started watching Here Comes Honey Boo Boo on the recommendation of someone I really admire.....Miranda Lambert. Miranda said it was going to be a hoot to watch little Honey Boo Boo's family. Well, she was soooo right.
In honor of Easton's new CD "All Over The Road" coming out today - I thought I would repost a super funny, undercover, video we shot at the Listener Appreciation Show this year. I was chatting with Easton today and we talked about this and if you haven't seen it - you should. AND go buy the new CD...it's a straight-down-the-road COUNTRY CD. I really love his sound. Money well spent.
I love wine and learning about new wines. It seems that almost every wine show online is way over my head though. So I decied to create the ultimate pompous crazy wine show that goes beyond all of those shows, and the bounds of sanity. I give you "The Pretentious Wine-O" with your host Victor Rahillioioooosisoooss.
On my last trip to Washington D.C. for taping of my parts in a new Travel Channel show (more info on that soon), I finally did something that I had always wanted to do: I walked the mall. My previous trips had proven to be too hot or too cold to make it out or too little time. This trip, proved to be perfect as I found a whole morning to wander and take in the sights. I took a bunch of pictures to share with you
I got a new toy for Buddy. It's the weirdest toy ever and says that dogs love it. I was wondering if he would but he is obsessed with it - to the point I have to put it up because I don't think he'd ever quit playing with it. That said, it makes me laugh so hard to watch him play with it that I can't quit giving it to him!!!! Here's a video I shot of him...
Pretty excited that the USAF Thunderbirds are coming back to McConnell AFB on September 29th & 30th. It's been two years since we have seen them over the skies of Wichita doing what only the Thunderbirds can do.
They tasted... well... salty. Not "Gooey" or anything, just salty with little flavor. Texture was that of boiled peanuts. I also had some other great dishes including shrimp with roasted black garlic, peanut roasted brussel sprouts and a pork belly taco. All in all a great lunch! I just wish we could get grasshopper tacos in Wichita!
