FAQ's

Q: Will you tell us what numbers were guessed previously?
A:  Nope.  You have to listen as we play and keep track. We can't help you over the phone either.

Q: I didn't match, can I try again?
A:  As often as you like.  But if you win any cash amount at all... you are done.

Q: How can I find out what tiles have been guessed?
A: We will update this page as quickly as possible after a match. Always check back for the latest updates.

Q: How old do you have to be to play.
A:  You must be 18 or older to play Match & Win.

Q:  Why is the phone always busy when I call?
A:  To make it fair, we clear the phone lines and lock them out a few minutes before the cue-to-call airs. This ensures that nobody `gets in' early. If you try to call during this time you will receive a busy signal. After the cue-to-call plays, the phones are unlocked and we count to caller 20 who gets to play. While that person is on the phone, others are still calling. This may also result in a busy signal.

Q:  How long should I keep trying after the cue-to-call happens.
A:   We generally have caller twenty on the phone within two to three minutes.

Q:  The phone just rings and rings.  No one picks up.
A:   Once we are on the phone with caller 20 we can't answer additional open phone lines. So, there is a chance you are caller 21 or higher and getting a "ring" sound. Again, after three or four minutes you can assume we have our contestant.

Q:  Why does it take so long to play the game after the cue-to-call is played.
A:   We have to get caller 20 on the phone, get their information and explain how to play. We must also make sure they are eligible to participate. Normally it is just a few minutes. However, sometimes people need additional explanation.
