3-year-old boy found safe and unharmed
Missing 3-year-old Anthony Hernandez has been found safe and unharmed late Sunday afternoon.
There previously was an Amber Alert was issued early Sunday morning for a the Arkansas City boy.
Hernandez's father, Francisco Lopez-Campos, was also located, and is now in custody.
