Amber Alert canceled for missing Leavenworth teen
An Amber Alert for a missing Leavenworth girl has been canceled. Jenna Marie Hord was found safe in Hiawatha Thursday evening.
Authorities say Hord was kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend, 17 year-old Logan Burris, after he had a fight with her new boyfriend.
Brown County authorities, acting on a tip, located Burris Toyota Camry and pulled the vehicle over. Both teens were taken into custody.
There's no word yet on any charges that may be filed.
