Suspect arrested in Wichita homicide
Wichita Police have arrested a 21-year-old man for a fatal shooting Monday at a northside apartment.
The body of 34-year-old Ronald Wilson was found at his apartment in the 900 block of North Broadway.
Investigators said Wilson was in the apartment witih three other men when one of them pulled a gun and shot him. The motive is not clear, but it is believed this was a drug-related robbery.
One of the other men left the apartment and called police later. He originally gave officers a story about being kidnapped, but investigators said that did not happen. The man who reported the shooting was not the gunman.
