Bond reduction denied for detention deputy
A Sedgwick County judge has denied requests from attorneys for a reduction in bond for a detention deputy accused of sexually assaulting inmates in the county jail. The bond for 21-year-old David Kendall will remain at $500,000.
Kendall is facing various charges for sexual assaults on 6 inmates in the jail between April 1st and June 3rd of this year. He is scheduled to be back in court for a preliminary hearing on August 2nd.
